EXPLANATION:Rudy and Jose were one of a few teams in Atlanta this week that were 100%. What made this team stand out, other than their usual excellent service, was the feedback via voicemail we received from a VIP delivery to a Hollywood actor. This was a difficult delivery to an old historic building in downtown Atlanta. The custom items would not fit in the freight elevator so the teams had to push the items up four floors in the parking garage to make it happen. The voicemail we received was lengthy and gushing with praise on how they were blown away with the level of service Rudy and Jose provided. Great Job Guys!
