Birthday celebrations for the Restoration Hardware New Hampshire teams

Today we celebrated our contractor partners birthdays across all FGO locations for the month of February. Breakfast, Cake, Drinks, Birthday Cards, and gifts were given to those team members that had a February Birthday. This is a monthly initiative that we as FGO leaders share important events with everyone associated with our network.

The nice thing is that all the FGO Teams on the floor helped each other wrap, load and even cleaned up everyones garbage off the floor and left our work area clean and ready for CB warehouse men before going to break room for our birthday celebration. After we were done celebrating, one of the guys stated, "and this is why we won't leave FGO!" If this isn't "RESPECT" I don't know what is.

To all,

Just wanted to share with you the FGO BDAY Bash at ERI today. All attended on time, in uniform and were extremely grateful for the surprise. We had music/ breakfast sandwiches/ coffee/ soda/ chips & a delicious cake from an Argentinian Bakery (referred by one of the drivers). The Teams enjoyed it completely, as well as thankful for the acknowledgment.

I want to take this moment and thank Fernando, Josh, Yan, Joe & all Executive members for giving me the opportunity in embracing what these gentlemen mean to us as individuals that they are. I can’t explain how they felt and their reaction on the simplicity of just honoring them today (with all that is going around in our personal lives). But it was a reaction worth being able to witness.

Restoration Hardware New Hampshire

FGO celebrating with our partners in the RH location that services the New England area. On hand to celebrate were our Senior Director Yan Gershengoren along with the location manager Mike Kelly.
 
Our Team of the Year for RH New Hampshire is Jose Escobar & Renan Hernandez both from FGO Logistics.

Our CEO Fernando Garcia along with his wife Vivianna were on hand to celebrate with the teams. As co-owners of FGO both are committed to celebrating successes and giving back not only dollars but their time as well. Also on hand to celebrate were our location manager David Geer, his assistant Yuri Solano, and our Team of the Year from F&V Express Luis Pacheco & Cesar Tio.

Mario Diaz & Israel Cedeno of MMD Trucking LLC were selected from amongst their peers as the recipient. Both men received plaques to acknowledge their success as well as gift that I’m sure will come in handy for Christmas.

Christmas breakfast for ERI

Good Morning,

Today was the Christmas breakfast for ERI. All contractors attended (were 100% in uniform compliance), along with Johnny w/ 1 ERI staff member and myself. David Hirschler & Executive team member couldn’t make it. But David did leave a message with Johnny, who spoke out during our event and gave thanks to all the guys for an excellent turn around on 2016. 

Also presented to the team was our “ERI Team Of The Year”. Lawrence & Johan were extremely happy with the recognition and the speech presented on behalf of our Executive team.

Not one person left unsatisfied and fulfilled with the breakfast presented. Everyone was extremely happy and grateful for the details.
